Behavioral Autism Therapies, LLC (B.A.T.) is currently expanding our team, and have positions available for Direct Service Staff and Clinical Supervisors.
B.A.T. is now offering on-site classes in collaboration with National University for a Master’s Degree in Education, with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). In addition, Behavioral Autism Therapies is also offering RBT Certification.

Minimum Qualifications for Direct Services Staff
Experience: At least one year of experience implementing behavioral services, with a minimum understanding of ABA/DTT and be able to pass a competency test with at least an 80% score. The Behavior Therapist should also possess the following skills:
Demonstrate basic knowledge of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
Have a professional demeanor, be well-organized, and detailed
Demonstrate skills consistent with serving culturally and linguistically diverse families in low and high socially economic status areas
Comfortable working in various home environments (studio apartment, housing project, etc.) of families with limited resources
Ability to maintain professional boundaries, professional composure, work well under pressure and politely interact with individuals and families
Familiarity with funding provider standards and procedures
Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, family members, and agency’s staff
Ability to politely interact with individuals and families
Maintain professionalism if and when a client aggresses, self-injures, tantrums, screams, etc.
Ability to implement ABA/behavior modification strategies and Discrete Trial Training (DTT) under agency supervision
Ability to accept, follow, and implement direction from Clinical Supervisor and/or Program Director
Demonstrate understanding of reporting consumer abuse and reporting special incidences, and be able to manage behavioral emergencies
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a human services field (which may include, but is not limited to Education, Psychology, Counseling, Behavior Analysis, Social Work or Rehabilitation) from a four-year accredited college or university, which includes a minimum of 12-semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
The Behavior Therapist will be responsible for providing in-home services to children with developmental disabilities, under the management of the Clinical Supervisor and Program Director.
Minimum Qualifications for Direct Service Supervisors (Clinical Supervisor)
Supervisors must satisfy minimum qualifications for direct services staff as well as:
Experience:
At least 3 years experience in the provision of behavioral services, which should include at least 1 year of supervisory/management responsibilities. This clinical experience should include the following skills:
Ability to provide direct service to individuals with varying diagnoses, diverse levels of functioning, and a broad range of ages
Support with individual client program development across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings (i.e., home, school, community)
Strong clinical, administrative and leadership Skills
Foundation skills related to report writing
Experience with all Microsoft Office programs
Familiarity with funding provider standards and procedures
Self-motivated, responsible, honest, articulate, excellent time management skills, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
The Clinical Supervisor serves as a member of the clinical team providing support, guidance, direction, and supervision to assigned Behavioral Therapist. The Clinical Supervisor is required to provide supervision and direct contact services to individual clients and monitor staff under the direction of the Program Director.
